i had taken cold drink yesterday and now i am facing extreme back pain. age 41.

its been a long time I am suffering from thumb pain while writing. If I stop writing for 1 week it will be okay without any medicines but if I write continuously for 15 minutes it started to get pain mainly in thumb figure and slowly I cannot handel my pen grip properly.
what is the reason for this and how can I get out of it?

I am from Lamjung. since 3 years I have a problem of low back pain. I am 27 years and weight is 51 kg. I was checked up in Lucknow last 3 years ago. I did all check up MRI, blood test but not a recovery at all. can you please kindly tell how will I recover. I wait for your mail.
