I was asking you a little help to watch the champions League match i.e between Chelsea Vs Ajax which is going to broadcast from Sony ten 2. Due to some problem the channel has been not working since yesterday. I continuously ask for help to provide that channel for today i.e. Wednesday. But your employ didn't respond my request. I also ask for the channel replacement but he said that it will be against the system. I am not satisfied with your service in simple way. What will you do if your customer will be dissatisfied in this way regularly. Are you thinking about the future plan to retain the customer by giving quality service or you want to go with the flow. I am just writing this feedback to aware you and your business and also want to remind you that in the present condition customers are treated as god. So try to treat your customer in respectful way. I wish I don't have to write this complaint again. Thank you for your service.
