Before you visit Lal path at Chandol, make sure to do the followings:
- Please read the test specifications or bill twice to ensure that nothing has been left out. Last time, I found that the cashier had forgotten to include a test that I had requested to do.
- It sounds funny but better to be with the cash because the POS is out of order most of the time. If you pay in cash, make sure to take a picture of handing the cash over to the cashier because sometimes they will call back and ask you if you had paid the bill. Today, they called me to ask how much money I had paid to reconcile a bad account.
- please don't expect that you will receive all your reports in one go. They will release on a piecemeal basis prompting you to ask for the remaining reports. So strange!!
