The Partners Nepal (TPN), a non-profit making organization, was established in 2012 by individuals with long experience serving mountain communities in different fields, such as Protected Area Management, Community Forest Management, Natural and Cultural Heritage Conservation & Restoration, Conservation and Restoration of Fragile Alpine Ecosystems, Community-based Ecotourism and Livelihood Improvement. TPN’s strength is that the long-term staff served at The Mountain Institute (TMI), seeking to help such deprived mountain communities.
