Stay away from this company and Govinda.
We booked EBC of HFA in Oct of 2022 and received the most terrible experiences we never met before!
Govinda of this company is bad, not supportive and does not have good English that is hard to communicate. Our team required a better guide, no reply or any help from Govinda~ JUST IGNORATION. He ignored my message and did not reply to my call when my guests could not fly from Kath to Luke due to bad weather. He sent our team to the dirty hostel that was different with confirmation (he didn't notify me at all) so my team had to find and book another fine hotel to stay and pay by their own.
On the day they returned from Luke to Ramechap, Mr Govinda did not arrange any service to pick up guests to Kath, he just promised that he would arrange but nothing happened. Our team once again had to find a bus by themselves.
There was nothing arranged after trekking (even it's included: no guide, no transfer service, no hotel, no support and notice from the company~
We are now requiring the refund for all trouble we met in Nepal but no response from Govinda and “his team” (as I know there is only him in his team)
For every travelers, if you plan to book trip with this company, read our lesson carefully and stay away it~
