Iims College, Kathmandu

IIMS College was established in 2010, with the vision of providing practical based education to its students, who could readily be sellable in the market after their graduation. Then it used to run BBA, B. Sc. IT and MBA courses under the affiliation of Lovely Professional University (LPU).
After the amendment in the University policy of India, IIMS extended its collaboration with one of the reputed universities of Malaysia, UCSI University.
Being amongst the top 300 universities of Asia in 2015/ 2016, UCSI is a class apart university to offer its courses here in Nepal. Moreover, it has gone one step further and become one of the top 250 Asian universities this year. Following the concept of Praxis University, UCSI’s curriculum is one of its kind, which enhances student’s practical skills and experience along with imparting the theoretical knowledge.
Currently, IIMS is the only college to offer any courses at UCSI University, in Nepal. Right, for now, IIMS offers B. Sc. (Hons) Computing and B.A. (Hons) Hospitality Management courses, with the vision of offering several other courses in days to come.
As per the stakeholders at IIMS College, they believe, they have courses from one of the best universities, if not the best. With collaboration with UCSI, they can achieve new highs and transform the education sector of Nepal, with continuous hard work and dedication.
