MECC was established in the year 2072 BS (AD 2015) by an energetic civil engineer with an association of civil engineers. The main ambition of the company is to provide engineering consulting services for the concern along with property evaluation and construction of civil structures. MECC was proposed to be established for organizing the different experiences of the associate members who were experienced and in the close connection with different organizations.
