I have one jar of your production for more than 8/9 years. Now your distributors have stopped supplying me the Jar water insisting that either I have to add extra jar/s or to stop getting Jar water. But, I dont want to buy your extra jar.
Is there any policy so your suppliers are urging me to buy extra jar or to stop receiving water? Please inform me about it clearly on timely. Thanking you!
The product is expensive which is OK if you are offered good customer service. Aqua 100 has a terrible service and what makes it worse is whatever number you phone, nobody answers. I realise that the situation at present is a little difficult but your customers only require some information about if and when you are delivering, so we can make other plans if needed. I buy 6 jars a week but will be asking for my deposit back so I can try another product. Wake up Aqua 100 this treatment is not acceptable and your business will suffer.

I have been taking Aqua 100 for four months recommended from my office (The World Bank office). I have three jars and I require two jars in a week. I suggest you to plan a weekly schedule on particular day of the week to get a better service from you instead of calling your person several times and not responding call. I look forward to hearing from you.
The service Aqua hundred provides is extremely unsatisfactory. They never deliver water in time and if complained they behave rude. We sometimes could't provide water to our employees and it happens in regular basis. This is not right way to provide service to your customers.
We are your customers since last 3 years. We are located at Kapan Marga, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu. These days your delivery of Water Jar is inconsistent and insufficient. We are not having your service since last 10 days even in continuous follow up. Your service is not satisfactory and you really need to improve it to sustain in the market. We as a client has right to get water jar in your committed date (except in some occasional cases where you may not be able to deliver on time can be considered). But overall the delivery of service has been degraded these days.
