My name is Madhav Prasad Shivakoti, residence of Kusunti Lalitpur, now I'm out of country.I was a costumer of the bank. I have USD account 5xxxxx53. Recently, I received an email from Standard Chartered Bank, Kathmandu that I need to contact bank within 30 days to take balanced money. Please advise me what I suppose to do to take my balance back as I am in USA for few years.
