Greetings.
I would like to inform you that my mother is suffering from renal (kidney failure) and doing peritoneal dialysis since 6 years. Mostly the liquid for dialysis comes from your transport but due to lockdown, the liquid of dailaysis for this month didnt come from your transport to our place(Dhangadhi, Kailali). I also would like to inform we have only stock for 10 days. We called your mentioned telephone but call didnt recieve so what will be the procedure to supply the liquid from your place. I hope your organization give quick response regardind this matter.
