i did not get answers, if you have a provide good service and good counselling to help customer take an easy to know about it. So Cable Operator was changed my dish card , so i am not getting fact answer, why did this stuff, we paid setup box ,card, monthly regularly , But i had changed a card because of no issue. Operator say we do update a channel ,card was not worked. But i Say why are you change my card. but they can not fact replay to me ,so if you have know about it,
please provide card information as well as ,

Hello I am disappointed with this unique cable service , what a worst service ever I have seen in my life , there is no cable connection since 5 days . I am calling them but no one picking up my call ,if they pick up also mistakenly the way they deal with the customer it’s shit ... they answered very rudely just throw back voice it’s seems that they don’t know how to talk to the customers or people’s ... who kept them at work or hired .... it was a ladies who answered my call ... no discipline no manners .... I’m changing my cable connection to others ... we are paying them money ... it’s not in feee .. why they talk to us in a rude manner .... IT was 5 days ago cable get dis connected ... and since this morning I’m trying to call still no one picking up .... what a disgusting people in cable office n what a worst service ... shit
